Louis Vuitton Services Europe in Brussels seeks a Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class service, listening to client needs and offering personalized advice with professionalism. You will meet KPIs and sales targets while supporting clients across markets in a hybrid setup.

Requirements include fluent Polish and German, strong sales storytelling, and a customer-first mindset. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred. Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Position Overview

Based in our Client Services Centre in Brussels, the Client Advisor is responsible for providing the best-in-class client service by listening and responding to each client’s specific needs through personalized assistance and advise with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. This position will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding planned KPIs including commercial targets.

Job responsibilities

• Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service quality, clients’ retention with a sales-driven mindset.
• Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients across markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative approaches, collaborating closely with other departments to not only solve issues efficiently but also ensure client retention and enhance the overall customer experience.

Profile

• Excellent communication skills in Polish and German both verbal and writing
• Strong sales and storytelling skills
• Clear demonstration of a Customer First mind-set and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• A highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering impeccable service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Able to work on multiple tasks and deliver results to agreed schedules.
• Punctuality and time-management skills by respecting and adhering to assigned schedules, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs across different Italian-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is advantageous).
• Background in luxury retail is a plus.
• A keen interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment, leveraging multicultural perspectives to enhance collaboration and innovation.
