Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to objectives, timelines, costs, and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating internal and external resources, managing risks, and reporting to sponsors. Language requirements include Dutch, English and French as indicated; the project lasts 9 months (15/09/2026 - 31/05/2027) with a full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management and program governance.
• Strong skills in financial reporting and risk management.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and teams.

Responsabilités

• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the project plan including resources, risks, communication and quality.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate actions for successful execution.
• Ensure alignment with business needs and organizational priorities.
• Gather and formalize user and business requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with sponsors, clients and technical teams.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, steering committees and workshops.
