WLG in Belgium seeks a capable Project Administrator to support a portfolio of high-profile projects under the Head of Project Management. You will help keep plans current, baselines managed, and deviations visible while they are still small.

The role emphasizes precise documentation, minutes and action logs, with hands-on support for planning, time approvals, cost estimates, and performance metrics using ServiceNow and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in project administration, support, planning or control.
• Experience with baselining, reviewing plans and cost estimates before circulation.
• Familiarity with project metrics for reviews and progress reporting.
• Extensive use of planning toolsets, especially ServiceNow, in enterprise environments.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and SharePoint; ability to create trackers and structured reports.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day project administration and support across the portfolio, with one major project at the centre.
• Support project planning, and perform or support time approvals once projects are in execution.
• Give financial administration support, including processing purchase requests when needed.
• Review project plans and cost estimates before they go out, and support the baselining process.
• Support project managers on planning, control, reporting and the business intelligence tools.
• Identify and elevate deviations from agreed plans, baselines, tolerances, milestones, costs, risks, issues and resource assumptions.
• Help analyse project metrics and the indicators used in internal and external reviews.
• Assist with resource levelling and give resource managers what they need to plan people properly.
