Vulcain Engineering - Belgium is seeking a PMO Coordinator to support structuring and standardizing project management processes within a major industrial scale-up program. You will help establish robust PMO practices to ensure consistency, traceability and governance across multiple project workstreams.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineering, construction, commissioning and HSE teams to ensure documentation processes, project controls and administrative workflows remain aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in a PMO, Project Controls or Document Control role within industrial/regulated environments.
• Experience defining and implementing structured PMO processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop standardized PMO processes, procedures and governance practices.
• Design and maintain document control workflows aligned with milestones and gates.
• Manage centralized PMO documentation, including registers, version control and release management.
• Support alignment of documentation practices across engineering, construction, commissioning, HSE and other workstreams.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure adoption of governance standards and PMO procedures.
• Contribute to standardization of RFQ, KPI reporting, dashboards and performance tracking.
