Job summary

Collett & Victor is seeking a Planning & Logistics Coordinator to streamline order-to-delivery processes from our Izegem atelier. You will connect clients, the atelier and transport partners to ensure every piece is delivered with care and on time.

You will translate orders into detailed work orders, coordinate production feasibility, arrange internal and external transport, and handle the admin follow-up in our system. A hospitality of client-focused teamwork and accurate planning is essential.

Qualifications

• You hold a professional bachelor’s degree, preferably in an administrative discipline, and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• You have a passion for interiors and refined finishes.
• You have a talent for organisation, an eye for detail and you work accurately.
• You are reliable, assertive and results-driven; you think from the client’s perspective, enjoy working as part of a team and are not afraid to make decisions.
• You are flexible, can handle pressure and combine commercial insight with a critical and creative mindset.
• You work confidently with software and IT applications.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• You are the central point of contact for clients, atelier, transport and suppliers, and you coordinate the logistics operations between all parties involved.
• You communicate daily with clients about orders and deliveries, and handle complaints or disputes by working with them to find a suitable solution.
• You translate orders into detailed work orders for the atelier and align with production on what is feasible and when it can be delivered.
• You arrange transport with our own drivers and external carriers for international deliveries, select logistics partners and check that they meet their agreements.
• You handle the administrative follow-up of orders and planning in our system.
• You monitor the planning and adjust in time when delays or bottlenecks arise.

As Planning & Logistics Coordinator, you guide that journey from order to delivery. You connect our clients, the atelier and our transport partners, and you make sure every piece is delivered with the same care with which it was made. You are part of our Operations Team and based at our atelier in Izegem.
