To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Site Coordinator – Kitchens & Bespoke Interior Projects who will be responsible for the technical and operational follow‑up of our projects on site.
While our Technical & Logistics Officer prepares, plans and coordinates the project from behind the desk, you ensure that everything is executed correctly, on time and to the highest quality standards on site.
Your Responsibilities
Technical Site Preparation
- Conduct site visits and technical surveys.
- Verify dimensions, connection points and technical requirements.
- Identify potential technical risks before work begins.
- Discuss technical aspects with clients, architects and installation teams.
- Coordinate closely with the Technical & Logistics Officer to ensure that orders, deliveries and installations are perfectly aligned.
Site Coordination
- Coordinate installers, fitters and subcontractors.
- Organise and monitor the different phases of installation.
- Ensure proper execution according to plans and technical specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, quality standards and site safety.
- Proactively resolve technical and organisational issues.
Quality Control & Project Handover
- Carry out quality inspections during and after installation.
- Follow up on finishing details and any outstanding issues.
- Organise and manage provisional and final handovers.
- Ensure a high‑quality finish that meets our clients' expectations.
Communication & Reporting
- Act as the main point of contact on site for clients and partners.
- Provide regular updates on project progress.
- Prepare site reports and provide input for invoicing.
- Work closely with the Technical & Logistics Officer and Project Managers to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site coordination, interior fit‑out, bespoke furniture, kitchens or high‑end residential projects.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of bespoke interiors, joinery, kitchens or interior finishing is a strong asset.
- Hands‑on, practical and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Customer‑focused with excellent communication abilities.
- Able to work independently, take responsibility and pay attention to detail.
- Valid driving licence (Category B).
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch and French.
- Good knowledge of English is considered a strong asset.
