Peeters Ramen en Deuren is looking for a planner to optimise schedules for surveys, projects and after-sales service. You will be the main customer contact and work closely with sales and procurement to ensure smooth project execution.

You will supervise installation teams, manage supplier communications, and adapt plans as needed to meet deadlines. A detail‑oriented, proactive communicator thrives in this role.

With a dynamic team of 12 staff members, the company carries out projects throughout the wider Dessel area. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an additional colleague to fill the role of planner.

• Drawing up, coordinating and optimising the schedule for initial and final surveys, new projects and after-sales service;
• Act as the first point of contact for customers: answering queries and providing support;
• Work closely with internal departments such as sales and procurement to ensure smooth implementation;
• Managing and supervising installation teams in accordance with the agreed schedule;
• Maintaining contact with suppliers and ensuring the timely delivery of materials;

Who are we looking for?

• Lives less than a 30-minute drive from Dessel;
• Has an eye for detail and works in a structured and meticulous manner
• Possesses strong organisational skills
• Keeps asking questions until all the necessary information is clear
• Has technical insight and knows how to apply it in practice
• Is dynamic, flexible and able to adapt easily to changing situations.
• Is comfortable communicating over the phone and communicates clearly and professionally
