The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Belgium and Luxembourg office is seeking a Pillar Lead at the G5 level to coordinate projects within the Social Integration or Migration and Development pillars. You will oversee day-to-day implementation with a dedicated team and liaise with partners to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three years of relevant experience required, or secondary education with five years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience with project monitoring and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of migration-related fields is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring project activities, including work plans, deliverables, steering committees, and events.
• Liaise with partners and stakeholders, and coordinate with internal IOM units on administrative and contractual matters.
• Support the drafting of narrative and financial reports for donors.
• Assist in identifying and developing partnerships with civil society, government institutions, research institutes, universities, and the private sector.
• Provide administrative support for new project development, including concept notes and proposals.
• Participate in and follow up on relevant meetings and conferences.
• Perform other related duties as required.
