The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks an EU Finance and Reporting Associate in Brussels. The role provides technical assistance to IOM offices worldwide on the financial, budget, and reporting management of EU-funded projects, ensuring donor compliance and effective resource management.

Responsibilities include reviewing budgets and reports, monitoring spending, supporting audits, and delivering EU regulation trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field is required.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience; one year with EU funding instruments is advantageous.
• Excellent written and oral English; strong communication and numerical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance on financial, budgeting, and reporting matters for EU-funded projects.
• Review EU project budgets and financial reports for donor compliance and internal controls.
• Monitor budget consumption and flag significant variances; update EU project database.
• Support audits and assist with external reporting and responses.
• Deliver training on EU regulations and financial management to staff.
