IOM - UN Migration in Belgium seeks an AVRR and movement operations assistant to support project implementation, liaison with partners, and coordination of pre-departure formalities. The role involves flight arrangements, record-keeping, and direct assistance to migrants at Brussels Airport.

Fluency in English and French or Dutch is required, with a strong emphasis on organization, communication, and teamwork in a dynamic, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field with two years of relevant professional experience or
• High school diploma with four years of relevant professional experience.
• Desirable experience with AVRR and IOM Movement Operations.

Responsabilités

• Receive AVRR applications and register them in databases.
• Coordinate pre-departure formalities with partners and authorities.
• Compile project statistics and assist donor reporting.
• Book flights in accordance with internal rules.
• Assist migrants at Brussels Airport with departure formalities and border control.
• Support reimbursements and cash handling as needed.
• Maintain basic financial records and report to Finance.
