Job Juncture is seeking a Phishing Campaign Specialist for a NATO-related project based in Mons, Belgium. The role focuses on planning and executing phishing simulations, maintaining templates, and coordinating across technical and non-technical teams to improve security awareness.

The candidate will manage vendor relationships, track licenses, and deliver actionable reports on campaign effectiveness, trends, and risk indicators within a NATO environment.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree or 10 years equivalent experience may compensate.
• Experience managing enterprise phishing simulation campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support entities as the primary service contact for phishing campaigns.
• Plan, execute, review campaigns including objectives, audiences, scenarios, and schedules.
• Manage templates library and adapt scenarios for different audiences and languages.
• Monitor phishing trends and provide threat insights and lessons learned.
• Administer platform access, vendor coordination, and platform changes across entities.
• Track licenses, renewal requirements, and procurement decisions.
