Job summary

IQVIA Berchem is seeking an experienced professional to support the onboarding, configuration, and rollout of our commercial software solutions used by pharma customers in Belgium.

You will blend customer interaction and product expertise across IQVIA Pharm In Touch, IQVIA Doctor In Touch, MobiRep, and Digital Sampling, acting as a trusted second-line support and collaborating with product owners, developers, and QA to resolve advanced cases.

Qualifications

• Onboarding, configuration, and rollout of commercial software solutions for pharma customers.
• Translate customer needs into actionable improvements and requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to resolve advanced cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during onboarding, configuration, and rollout of our innovations.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose structured solutions.
• Escalate and resolve advanced cases with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, innovations, and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.
• Build expertise across IQVIA platforms and support colleagues as a knowledge point.
• Lead internal projects like ISO Certification and roadmap developments.
• Advance innovations such as IQVIA Doctor In Touch platform.
