Daiichi Sankyo is seeking a Legal & Compliance Manager to support the Compliance Program across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Ireland within the Legal & Compliance team. The role provides legal advice to senior management to ensure operations comply with laws and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities include policy design, training, transfer of value procedures, contract review, and collaboration with EU-wide initiatives. Fluent in French or Flemish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master degree in law required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills a must.

Responsabilités

• Support identification and closing gaps in the Compliance Program and supervise adherence.
• Design, implement and review policies and procedures to prevent and detect conduct non-compliant with applicable requirements.
• Provide legal advice to senior management on regulatory and contractual matters.
