Daiichi Sankyo Belgium is seeking a Legal & Compliance Manager to support the oversight of the Compliance Program across Belgium, the Netherlands and Ireland. You will provide sound legal advice to ensure operations comply with laws and ethical standards, coordinating with senior management and external counsel as needed.

You will design, implement and monitor policies, assist with ToV procedures, and promote training and awareness of compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Law required or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in legal/h compliance; in-house or law firm.
• Pharma industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Support the Compliance Program across multiple entities.
• Design and review policies to ensure regulatory alignment and ethical conduct.
• Assist in Transfer of Value procedures, data collection and reporting.
• Provide legal advice to senior management and general managers on a broad range of matters.
• Coordinate with European Legal and Compliance to implement EU/global initiatives.
• Assist in due diligence, investigations and dispute resolutions with external counsel as needed.
