• As a Personal Banker, you play a pivotal role in drawing in and keeping clients
• Providing a warm, high-quality welcome to clients, ensuring a premium experience that fosters long-term relationship development
• Enthusiastically advocating for the firm’s strategy, values, products, and services to both prospects and current clients
• Managing and nurturing the portfolios of affluent clients, serving as a trusted partner aligned with their financial goals
• Engaging in negotiations with clients using a collaborative approach while offering customized investment solutions
• Keeping an eye on market and banking sector trends, while handling administrative tasks related to client follow-up

Your profile

• Possesses a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and has accumulated 3 to 5 years of experience in investment advisory, demonstrating a deep passion for the finance industry
• Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of various financial products and services available in the market
• Has exceptional proficiency in Dutch and a competent level of French
• Merges a robust commercial acumen with a high degree of empathy, allowing for an accurate understanding of clients’ needs and the ability to address them effectively
• Showcases outstanding communication and persuasion abilities
• Is proactive and entrepreneurial in nature, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and demonstrates meticulous work habits along with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
