Job summary

RetailSonar in Ghent is seeking an Office & People Manager to combine HR administration with a strong focus on people. You will oversee payroll, fleet, onboarding, and office operations, coordinating across Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany with external partners.

You’ll manage employee experience, organise team events, keep documentation up to date, and contribute to a welcoming, well-structured workplace. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Office/HR).
• Experience in HR, payroll, or office management is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll for Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany with external payroll partners.
• Maintain employee files, contracts and HR documentation accurately.
• Handle onboarding, office management, fleet, and employee experience.
• Organise office supplies, facilities, events, and team activities.
