craft it is seeking a People Ops Lead to shape our human landscape and employee experience. You will own the soft-HR craft end to end, from welcoming new talent to helping people grow and thrive, while upholding responsible, sustainable business practices.

You will collaborate with the Founder and leadership to align people strategy with business ambitions, foster a high-performing culture, and scale our growing atelier with empathy and ESG-minded values.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in People Operations or HR roles.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding and performance processes.
• Autonomous, proactive and hands-on mindset in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for people-related matters.
• Partner with employees and managers to nurture culture.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts.
• Develop and evolve performance management and career paths.
• Drive culture, engagement and social impact initiatives.
