Powerling is seeking an experienced leader to take responsibility for our European operations and global external talent and supplier management strategy. The role combines steering regional performance and transforming the external talent ecosystem to scale with GCSP models.

You will lead the evolution of Project Management and Operations toward a strategic, client-value-driven approach while ensuring governance for freelancers, vendors, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in operations, project management, or professional services.
• Proven track record leading transformation across teams or countries.
• Strong experience managing external talent, freelancers, and vendors in professional services or technology.
• Ability to build scalable external capacity models with sourcing, onboarding, qualification, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow European Operations and Project Management, improving quality, efficiency, profitability, and growth capacity.
• Drive the transformation of the European operating model toward GCSP and new ways of working.
• Develop skills, processes, and structures for a strategic, client-centric, technology-enabled org.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, Language Services, Technology, and other functions to support transformation.
• Oversee External Talent and Vendor Management globally, defining strategy and governance for freelancers and vendors.
