++addmore is a product marketing studio across Europe, focusing on people processes and growth conversations. You will own the people side of the business, from hiring to onboarding and performance development, ensuring the foundations scale with the team.

We’re a small team with fast-moving decisions, where you’ll have room to question foundations, rebuild and tailor processes to the team’s needs. You’ll see the impact directly in hiring, growth and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Running hiring from role definition and sourcing to interviews and offers.
• Creating a candidate experience that feels fast, personal and very ++addmore.
• Making onboarding genuinely useful from day one.
• Running and improving our growth and performance processes.
• Keeping our competency model and job levels useful as the team evolves.
• Helping managers become better at feedback, growth and difficult conversations.
• Spotting people or team issues early and helping us deal with them properly.
• Taking care of the practical HR basics without making them more complicated than they need to be.
• Using AI and automation wherever it removes unnecessary admin.
