Jobat is seeking a meticulous HR professional to manage payroll and support talent acquisition. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure accurate payroll processing for workers and salaried staff, and assist with recruitment activities from posting vacancies to first screening.

In this role you will handle contract management, social documents, onboarding, and liaison with interim agencies and external partners, contributing to a smooth HR operation across the organisation.

Als Payroll & Recruitment Officer ben je een cruciale schakel binnen ons HR-team. Je combineert een sterke administratieve en analytische payrollrol met een ondersteunende rol binnen rekrutering. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan haar.

• Loonverwerking voor arbeiders en bedienden in Eblox.
• Opvolging van prestaties, afwezigheden en sociale documenten
• Beheer van contracten en extralegale voordelen
• Contactpersoon voor medewerkers en sociaal secretariaat
• Publiceren van vacatures
• Screenen van kandidaten en eerste selectie
• Inplannen en opvolgen van sollicitatiegesprekken
• Onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers
• Contacten met interimkantoren en externe partners
