Securex Belgium is seeking a Payroll Officer to guide clients in payroll administration and become their partner in personnel management. You will calculate and pay salaries for your own client portfolio and handle social documents, while engaging daily with clients to provide social-legal advice.

From day one you enter an extensive training program and you'll collaborate with colleagues across the social secretariat.

• Guide clients in payroll administration and be their partner in HR management.
• Calculate and pay salaries for your own client portfolio and manage social documents.
• Undergo an extensive onboarding training on social legislation and payroll tools.
• Interact daily with clients to provide social-legal advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the social secretariat and other services.
• Take a commercial role by identifying client needs and proposing suitable HR solutions.
• Work autonomously while leveraging technical, relational, and commercial talents.

In deze functie begeleid je je klanten bij hun Payroll‑beheer en word je hun partner in het personeelsbeheer.

Functie

• Je vervoegt ons team van experts in Payroll‑beheer.
• De kern van je functie bestaat uit het berekenen en uitbetalen van lonen voor je eigen klantenportefeuille en het opvolgen van sociale documenten.
• Vanaf je indiensttreding volg je een uitgebreid opleidingstraject dat je toelaat vlot om te gaan met zowel de sociale wetgeving als met onze loonverwerkingstools. Heb je hier al ervaring mee? Dan is dat uiteraard een pluspunt.
• Dagelijks heb je contact met je klanten, met wie je een nauwe samenwerking opbouwt en aan wie je sociaal‑juridisch advies verstrekt.
• Je staat ook regelmatig in contact met collega’s van het sociaal secretariaat en andere diensten. Het is dus een functie met veel interactie.
• Naast loonverwerking neem je ook een commerciële rol op wanneer je merkt dat bepaalde producten of diensten van Securex je klant kunnen ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van zijn personeelsbeheer. Je begeleidt en adviseert je klanten in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
• De functie van Payroll Officer is soms wat stressvol door het belang ervan, maar je werkt autonoom zonder er ooit alleen voor te staan. Je krijgt de kans om je technische, relationele en commerciële talenten ten volle te benutten.
  

Profiel

• Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in personeelsbeheer en sociale wetgeving binnen Payroll en wil je verder ontwikkelen in dit domein.
• Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring in Payroll‑beheer.
• Samenwerken betekent voor jou elkaar ondersteunen en ondersteund worden, met focus op het behalen van resultaten.
• Dankzij je commerciële ingesteldheid detecteer je proactief de noden van je klanten en stel je gepaste oplossingen voor.
• Je voelt je comfortabel met cijfers en staat open voor nieuwe IT‑toepassingen.
• Je bent goed georganiseerd, kan vlot omgaan met stress en slaagt erin je dagen efficiënt te beheren.
