Configure in Brussels (Woluwe) is hiring a Payroll & HR Officer to join the HR & Finance Department. You will manage daily HR operations, handle monthly payroll, maintain employee data, and ensure policies are up-to-date while supporting the hiring process.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in hard HR, strong knowledge of payroll and labor law, and fluent French and Dutch. Proactive, organized, and able to maintain confidential information.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Strong payroll management and administration skills.
• Solid knowledge of labor and social law.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee records.
• Conduct monthly payroll and maintain payroll database.
• Ensure legal compliance of company policies and guidelines.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and related processes.
• Coordinate recruitment with the HR Manager.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards.
• Provide information and support to managers on HR topics.
