speos is seeking an HR Services Officer in Belgium to manage employee information, assist payroll backup, and ensure compliant, service-oriented HR delivery across the employee lifecycle.

You bring a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in a generalist HR role, strong knowledge of Belgian labour law, and fluency in French with good Dutch and English. A dynamic team awaits in a family company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equal experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or personnel administration.
• Solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation and core HR processes.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented with confidentiality and deadlines in mind.
• Strong customer-service mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems such as Mpleo, Protime or eBlox.
• Fluent French with good Dutch and English working knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee information and HR processes across the lifecycle.
• Provide first-line HR information and support to staff on Belgian law and internal policies.
• Maintain and audit HR systems and databases.
• Coordinate HR workflows with employees, managers and People & Organisation.
• Support payroll-related tasks and liaise with external providers.
• Contribute to implementing HR policies and projects, driving improvements.
