Lead territory plans using clinical evidence and market insights, promoting vision care innovations and eye-protection products. Collaborate across teams to ensure training, implementation and ongoing support for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in ophthalmic/eye care sales.

Responsabilités

• Drive commercial growth across Flanders by expanding ophthalmic solutions within targeted healthcare accounts.
• Identify, engage and develop new business opportunities with ophthalmologists, clinics and hospital-based eye care professionals.
• Strengthen partnerships with existing customers while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead the development of strategic growth areas such as myopia management, leveraging clinical evidence and market insights.
• Promote innovative vision care solutions, including products addressing presbyopia and eye protection needs.
• Design and implement territory plans that translate market opportunities into sustainable business results.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expertise on products, market trends, pricing and practice development opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, including product implementation, customer training and ongoing support, to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
