CHG-MERIDIAN, a leader in financial solutions for IT, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors, seeks a proactive lease operations specialist in Grimbergen. You will manage the lease lifecycle from order creation to invoicing, coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure accurate, timely processing.

Fluency in Dutch, French and English is essential, along with strong MS Office skills and experience in complex systems. The role supports hybrid work arrangements from Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Create orders and track deliveries, manage signatures.
• Set up leasing schedules, handle purchases and invoices.
• Update customer information and adjust leasing agreements.
• Process returns and prepare collections; manage sales agreements.
• Maintain supplier records and coordinate payments.
• Prepare and store documents using DMS; resolve process issues.

In this position you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of customer leases. You’ll be responsible for key operational activities throughout the lease lifecycle, working closely with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure everything runs efficiently.

• Create orders, follow up on deliveries, and manage signatures.
• Handle purchases, set up leasing schedules, and manage invoices.
• Update customer information and adjust leasing agreements.
• Process returns, prepare collections, and handle sales agreements.
• Create and manage supplier records in the system, and coordinate payment updates.
• Prepare, store, and manage documents using our document management system.
• Address customer queries, resolve process issues, and standardize tasks.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English with excellent communication skills.
• Highly competent in Microsoft Applications, with a strong ability to manage complex systems.
• Proven experience in international environments, excelling in teamwork, prioritization, and problem-solving.
• Able to deliver high-quality work independently, with a proactive, organized approach focused on continuous process improvement.
