Job summary

The European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) seeks an Operations Security Manager based at the Galileo Security Monitoring Centre in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, FR. You will oversee security for Galileo/EGNOS service provision, manage contractual security requirements, and coordinate with GSMC, Engineering and other departments.

Applicants should have strong security governance experience, good English, and be able to work across European agencies. Relocation to France is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations security for all service provision activities.
• Manage security aspects of current and future contracts and internal arrangements for PNT service provision.
• Coordinate with GSMC Operations, the Security Authority and Engineering on security requirements and accreditation.
• Lead security-related changes and ensure proper governance in service provision contracts.
• Participate in project infrastructure and operational boards to discuss security topics.
• Support Security Accreditation Board and Security Working Groups as needed.
• Be part of the Operations Change Control Board to ensure security in changes.
• Liaise with Administration and Operations to ensure budgeting and planning alignment.
