Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT and Cyber Control & Compliance Officer to work on client sites within the GRC team, delivering ICT controls, evidence, and remediation guidance as a Keystone Solutions consultant.

The role requires fluent English and French, 5+ years in Information Security, and hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement with 50% telework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, science, or engineering with ICT control background.
• Proven experience or certification in ICT controls.
• At least 5 years in Information Security and IT Process Controls.
• Knowledge of IT/Security procedures and standards; ISO/IEC 27001 exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy ICT Controls, including analysis, identification, and design of controls.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of ICT controls.
• Assure the quality, completeness, and adequacy of provided evidence.
• Test the effectiveness of controls and advise on remediation.
• Report results of ICT controls to management and stakeholders, including Internal Audit.
• Follow up on remediation actions related to these controls.
• Contribute to creating and updating processes and procedures.

Mission Overview:

The IT and Cyber Control & Compliance Officer role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver expertise and value on client projects, working within their Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team to support IT and Business Units in defining, implementing, and maintaining IT and Information Security Management Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy ICT Controls, including analysis, identification, and design of controls.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of ICT controls.
• Assure the quality, completeness, and adequacy of provided evidence.
• Test the effectiveness of controls and advise on remediation.
• Report results of ICT controls to management and stakeholders, including Internal Audit.
• Follow up on remediation actions related to these controls.
• Contribute to creating and updating processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in IT, science, or engineering, with a strong ICT control background or proven equivalent experience/skills; or Audit certification in ICT Audit/ICT controls.
• Preferable certifications: ISO27k series, CISA, CISSP, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Security and IT Process Controls management.
• 5 years of experience in IT and Security controls.
• Knowledge of IT/Security procedures and standards.
• Experience in metrics definition and dashboarding.
• Experience in designing and implementing ICT process controls.
• Skills in coordination and collaboration with different teams and external resources.
• Experience with regulatory requirements, ISO/IEC standards (e.g. 27001), laws and regulations (CHAPS, CIS, ANSSI).
• Project management/coordination skills and knowledge of Agile methodology (preferable).
• Ability to understand end-to-end ICT process flows and control needs.
• Ability to explain ICT needs/controls to business stakeholders.
• Experience in drafting reports, memos, and presentations for senior management.
• Experience in banking environment (preferable).
• Pro-active attitude, ability to deliver within deadlines, prioritize, strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, ability to challenge, produce structured and concise documents, excellent English writing skills, and ability to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment as a team player.
• Language requirements: Fluent in French and English (mandatory), good Dutch (optional).
• Telework expectation: 50% on site, 50% homeworking.
