Cayman Group is seeking an Operations Manager for one of its hotels in Flanders, Belgium. You will oversee hotel operations, enhance the guest experience, and support daily team activities to drive service excellence.

The role requires proven experience in hospitality operations and strong language skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus, with mobility across Belgium. We offer an attractive salary and a range of benefits.
