The Cayman Group, a Belgian family-run business, is seeking an Operations Manager for a Brussels hotel to oversee daily operations, improve guest experience and support teams.

Fluency in French and English is essential; Dutch is a plus. Mobility in Belgium is required, and you will join a dynamic team with attractive benefits and a performance-based bonus scheme.
