LIZY in Brussels is hiring an Operations Lead for our Compound & Leasing Ops, driving end-to-end ownership of a defined scope. You’ll redesign processes, own cost cubes, and partner with Finance, Tech, and Commercial teams to scale while maintaining cost efficiency.

You bring 3–5 years in consulting or high-growth environments, a track record of delivering real outcomes, and strong analytical and negotiation skills. English and French or Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in consulting, operations, or high-growth environments with real outcomes.
• Track record of taking a messy scope and making it work.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, incl. cost ownership and supplier negotiation.
• Experience building on no-code/automation stacks (Airtable, Make).
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch; automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end scope within Compound or Leasing Ops, accountable for outcomes.
• Redesign processes end-to-end and standardise for scale on our stack.
• Own the cost cube end-to-end—budgeting, cost monitoring, and supplier negotiation.
• Shape service and product strategy around your scope.
• Define metrics and build monitoring to surface issues early.
• Shape OKRs and roadmap; collaborate with Finance, Tech, and Commercial teams.
