European Movement International is seeking an Operations Intern to support the Green European Foundation in Brussels. The role involves transversal tasks within the Operations Unit, including admin, office management, governance support, and communications.

The intern will be line managed by the Head of Operations and work closely with the Finance and Admin Assistant and other team members in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in general management and operational support.
• Ability to work across teams.
• Good organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail.
• Technology-savvy with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Assist onboarding of new employees and interns.
• Organise internal team meetings with minutes and agenda.
