MCI Brussels is seeking an Intern for Programme and Registration Management based in Brussels. During your 6-12 month internship, you will assist with registration processes, manage communications with delegates, and support event operations onsite.

The ideal candidate will be an EU citizen or have a valid post-Brexit VISA, available for at least 6 months and studying a relevant field. Benefits include a housing allowance, transport pass, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• EU citizen or valid VISA/permit for UK students post-Brexit.
• Available for at least 6 months, ideally 12 months.
• Internship must be part of the curriculum.

Responsabilités

• Assist with registration and attendee management processes.
• Manage delegate communication and respond to inquiries.
• Travel onsite to support participants during events.
• Manage speaker confirmations and agreements.
• Collect deliverables and assist with virtual events.
• Ensure presentations are received and uploaded correctly.
• Liaise with AV partners for quality assurance.
