Tactical Advisory Group (TAG) is seeking an Operations & Governance Lead in Leuven to serve as the CEO’s operational right hand. You will own internal operations and ensure they run smoothly, reliably and in line with agreed terms.

This hands-on role involves about 80% execution and 20% guidance of a two-person team, with responsibilities spanning finance, legal/compliance, contract ownership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, preferably in Business Engineering.
• At least four years of relevant experience in a consultancy.
• Native-level Dutch, fluent English.
• Strong grasp of finance and legal/compliance matters.
• Independent self-starter, hands-on, and able to coach a small team.

Responsabilités

• Own daily internal operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Oversee financial administration, controls, budgets and reporting.
• Coordinate legal and compliance matters and draft contracts as needed.
• Manage approvals, renewals and contractual obligations.
