INEOS, a global chemical company, seeks an Operational Buyer for its O&P Europe procurement team in Belgium. You will manage P2P buy orders, maintain supplier data, and ensure compliant, timely purchasing processes across Belgian sites.

Responsibilities include PO creation in SAP, supplier coordination, and data accuracy while supporting HSSE standards and governance. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French/German a plus.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in procurement operations (P2P/S2C), administration or supply chain.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French/German beneficial.
• Ability to create POs, follow up confirmations and manage supplier data.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Create, manage, and track purchase orders and contracts in SAP with high accuracy.
• Obtain order confirmations, monitor deliveries, and coordinate issue resolution with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support Accounts Payable.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, and compliance with procurement governance.
