Bank Degroof Petercam SA is seeking an Operational Control Analyst to strengthen risk controls and ensure reliable, efficient operational processes and an enhanced client experience. You will work across teams, collaborating with second and third lines of defense to identify risks and drive improvements.

The role requires a Master’s or bachelor’s degree, strong banking knowledge, and fluent French and English.

Formación

Master’s or bachelor’s degree required.
Solid banking domain knowledge and regulatory understanding.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Proven project and change management experience.

Responsabilidades

Collect risks, controls, and incidents in a consistent way.
Analyze data with operational teams to identify root causes and action plans.
Support implementation of action plans and process improvements.
Align processes with risk framework and target operating model.
Monitor controls, deadlines, and follow-up actions; report to Management and risk/compliance lines.
Promote a strong risk culture through continuous improvement initiatives.
