Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist for its Westerlo site in Belgium. You will coordinate transportation, warehouse operations and logistics processes, acting as the link between internal teams and external partners to drive operational excellence.

In this role, you will support planning, ADR transports, and export documentation while contributing to continuous improvement and cost control within a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Incoterms, CMR, ADR, customs procedures and international transportation.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic logistics environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders on transportation issues, urgent deliveries and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Customer Service teams to resolve logistics issues and maintain service.
• Support transport planning activities for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare export documentation and liaise with customs brokers for international shipments.
• Monitor delivery on time performance and assist with cost-controlling initiatives.
