Zeekr Europe is seeking a Sales Operations & Logistics Expert to drive the day-to-day execution of sales operations and logistics in Belgium. You will manage vehicle orders, monitor deliveries, and support dealer incentive programs to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will collaborate with dealers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain accurate data in critical systems, and deliver regular KPI reports while pursuing continuous improvement and operational

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales operations, logistics, or supply chain role in automotive or related sector.
• Strong execution, accuracy, and structured approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor vehicle orders, changes, and deliveries to ensure smooth execution.
• Track vehicle flow from production to customer delivery and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support dealer incentive policy setup, administration, and follow-up.
• Serve as first point of contact for dealers on orders, deliveries, registrations, and logistics.
• Coordinate with dealers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain collaboration with central logistics and monitor performance.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of delays, damage cases, and related issues.
• Keep high-quality data in order, stock, registrations, and reporting systems.
• Prepare and analyze reports on stock, pipeline, deliveries, registrations, and KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy and satisfaction.
