Job summary

NISH Tech BV is seeking an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support across multiple Belgian locations including Brussels, Rotselaar and Wevelgem. You will ensure smooth operation of end-user devices, workplace technologies and meeting-room systems while providing timely technical support to users.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Android devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune/MDM.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Hardware troubleshooting and asset lifecycle management.
• Dutch language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office.
• Install, replace, upgrade and manage end-user devices.
• Support Apple iPhone/iPad and Android devices.
• Configure email, Teams, VPN and mobile apps.
• Manage device enrollment via Intune or other MDM.
• Support Teams Rooms and video conferencing tech.
• Troubleshoot meeting-room equipment (displays, cameras, mics, speakers).
• Coordinate with AV vendors on complex issues and maintenance.
• Provide onsite hands-on support to infrastructure, network and security teams.
• Maintain accurate IT asset & CMDB records.
