D-ploy is seeking a System Engineer based in Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium to provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems and participate in various IT infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in System Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Experience working with ticketing and ITIL processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to Windows systems and applications.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure AD services.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects.
