Stefanini Group in Belgium seeks a hands-on Infrastructure & Support Engineer to provide local on-site IT support at Zedelgem, bridging with remote infrastructure teams. This broad role combines end-user support, infrastructure management, networking, OT environments, and meeting room technologies.

The ideal candidate is a versatile IT generalist with strong troubleshooting, networking knowledge, and ability to coordinate across business operations and remote technical teams.

Qualifications

• Broad hands-on IT infrastructure and support experience, covering end-user and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Strong networking fundamentals: IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VLAN, Cisco switching concepts, firewall troubleshooting.
• Practical Windows/Microsoft knowledge: Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, SSO/MFA/CA concepts, endpoint troubleshooting.
• Documentation and knowledge-management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Dutch with ability to work across remote teams and local staff.

Responsabilités

• Act as local hands & eyes for remote infrastructure teams, covering network, server, security and app support.
• Assist central teams with networking issues: IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VLANs, Cisco switches, firewalls, RDP, SMB, ICMP.
• Provide hands-on support to the local IT team in Zedelgem for problem and incident management.
• Support OT/shopfloor environments: PLC/HMI, scanners, IoT devices, plant applications with cross-team coordination.
• Support meeting room tech (Poly, Logitech, Barco, Teams Rooms) and firmware updates, network checks, vendor coordination.
• Maintain and improve documentation: IP docs, troubleshooting, DR/backup notes, knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, central IT, and local plant teams to drive issues to resolution.
