Harding+ is seeking a Liquor Sales Specialist to join onboard cruise retail teams worldwide. You will help guests discover and enjoy premium spirits, explain flavour profiles and make product recommendations, contributing to tastings, seminars and promotional events.
This hands-on role requires confident communication, knowledge sharing with the team and the ability to maintain visual standards and stock accuracy while driving sales.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of spirits and experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Experience in liquor retail, duty free, hospitality, mixology, bar work, brand ambassador work or premium retail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
- Ability to host or support tastings, demonstrations, seminars or promotional events.
- Motivation and ambition to achieve sales targets and maximise every sales opportunity.

- Support tastings, seminars, in-store events and promotional activity.
- Maintain strong visual standards, accurate stock handling and compliance processes.
- Share product knowledge with the wider team.
- Approach guests naturally and convert sales.
