Harding+ is seeking a Watch Sales Specialist to join onboard retail teams. You will deliver a premium guest experience, guide guests through high-value watch purchases, and maximise sales while aboard cruise ships around the world.
You will introduce guests to premium brands, explain features, and facilitate hands-on experiences, ensuring thoughtful, consultative service and strong relationship-building with guests from around the world.
Qualifications
- Proven experience selling luxury watches.
- Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
- Ability to guide guests through high-value purchases.
- Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.
Responsabilités
- Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
- Welcome guests, assess needs, and recommend pieces matching style and occasion.
- Introduce brands, explain features, and invite handling to imagine ownership.
- Guide guests through high-value purchases with confidence and empathy.
- Support onboard events, presentations and promotions to generate leads.
- Maintain pristine product presentation and assist stock and compliance.
- Share product knowledge with the team to raise overall performance.
