Job summary

Harding+ is seeking Watch Sales Specialists to deliver a premium guest experience aboard cruise ships worldwide, guiding guests through luxury timepiece selections and building lasting relationships. You will welcome guests, explain features of premium and Swiss brands, handle high-value purchases with care, and support events while maintaining impeccable product presentation.

Live and work at sea with accommodation provided, up to 6% commission on watch sales, and contracts of up to six months

Qualifications

• Experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide guests through high-value purchases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience onboard and maximise watch sales.
• Welcome guests, understand needs, and recommend pieces relevant to style and occasion.
• Explain features, value, and ownership journey for different brands.
• Support onboard events, promotions, and maintain product presentation and stock control.
