Harding+ is seeking a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to live and work on board a cruise ship, traveling the world and selling premium brands.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, gain deep product knowledge, and drive sales during onboard events and fashion shows. Accommodation and meals are provided, with contracts up to 6 months at a time and a home break between contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products.
• French speaking.
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items.
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• A strong team player who is goal orientated.

Responsabilités

• Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!).
• Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board.
• Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events.
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture.
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations.
