Ball Corporation is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor at our Genk plant. You will lead warehouse operations, drive safety culture, and ensure efficient material and finished goods flow within the facility.

The role emphasizes operational performance, inventory accuracy, and team development. The ideal candidate brings warehouse or manufacturing experience, team leadership, and knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong inventory control and warehouse processes knowledge.
• Understanding of health and safety practices in an industrial environment.
• Experience with ERP, WMS or inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Supervise, coach and develop warehouse team members.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and procedures.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production through effective material flow and warehouse service.
• Oversee safe operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Conduct training, onboarding and performance management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
