Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Plant Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, support a culture of safety, and ensure the efficient flow of materials and finished goods within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and developing a high-performing warehouse team.

Work Environment: This role requires on-site presence at our Genk plant.

Hiring Range: 54,375 – 78,300 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on any applicable collective bargaining agreement’s minimum salary, the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.

Incentive Plan: This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.
