Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in AI adoption and coaching.
• Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and their HR applications.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risks and ethics.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in digital or AI adoption.
• Strong facilitation and training skills (workshops, coaching, presentations).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as facilitator, advisor and trainer to help teams identify high-value AI use cases and guide adoption.
• Drive analytics use case delivery across life cycle, prioritize use cases, assess processes for automation, and support PoCs and pilots.
• Support staff in day-to-day use of AI tools and build reference libraries of prompts.
• Bridge teams with central AI departments, share best practices and foster innovation culture.
• Evangelise and educate, delivering trainings and hands-on sessions on AI-powered tools.
