Accenture Technology seeks an AI Lead Architect to define and oversee the AI adoption strategy within the S&PE capability, ensuring governance, responsible AI practices, and scalable solutions across industries. You will shape the AI offering with assets and accelerators to be reused in client delivery.

The role requires a senior background in AI, architecture, and consulting, plus strong stakeholder management and multi-language communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture and consulting.
• Strong expertise in AI, data platforms, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proven experience in defining and implementing technology strategies or governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting client-side delivery with an AI/architecture perspective.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English + French OR Dutch.
• Experience with AI frameworks, AI ethics, or compliance (nice to have).
• Familiarity with AI delivery models in complex organizations (nice to have).
• Experience in capability building (training, recruitment, mentoring) (nice to have).

Responsabilités

• Define and oversee the AI adoption strategy within S&PE, including governance, ways of working, and responsible AI practices.
• Shape the S&PE AI offering, creating assets, accelerators, and delivery models that can be leveraged across industries.
• Identify and develop the AI skill set needed within the capability to support future delivery projects (training, recruitment, knowledge sharing).
• Shaping and delivering complex client projects by providing an AI/architecture perspective, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with client needs.
• Drive strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem to accelerate innovation and impact.
• Act as a leader in AI within S&PE, fostering innovation and contributing to internal and client-facing discussions.
• Contribute to sales and opportunity shaping by bringing an AI architecture viewpoint.
