A headquarters relocation is one of the few projects where health and safety is not a compliance box but the critical path. A multinational defence organisation is moving into a new headquarters building, and this role is the safety conscience of that move: from construction completion, through the physical relocation, to the first weeks of normal operation in the new premises.
It is an advisory post with real reach. You would work alongside the transition project manager, the buildings and facilities team, security and the medical teams, and you would be the person who says whether the building and the move are actually safe to proceed with.
The role is based in Brussels, Belgium, with 80% of the time on site, from early September to the end of December 2026.
