Elia Group in Belgium seeks a Project Leader Substation for Offshore Wind to drive HVAC package on the Princess Elisabeth Energy Island. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate interfaces with windfarm integrators, providing technical leadership across GIS 66 kV and 220 kV assets and export cables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level civil or industrial engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in high-voltage substation projects.
• Experience with GIS, transformers and shunt reactors.
• Offshore project experience is a plus.
• Proven project-management expertise in HV matters.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Report to the HVAC substation package manager.
• Lead strategy for HVAC equipment on the island and windfarm interface.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team across design, construction, and commissioning.
• Act as technical SPOC during windfarm tenders.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and timely delivery of tasks.
• Represent Elia toward stakeholders.
